Understanding Individual Therapy
Individual therapy — also known as talk therapy or counseling — provides one-on-one sessions with a trained therapist focused entirely on your needs. Each session is tailored to your personal experiences, emotional challenges, and goals for growth. Therapy can help you:
-
Identify and manage patterns of negative thinking and behavior
-
Develop healthy coping strategies for stress and emotional regulation
-
Improve communication and relationship skills
